Steve has been in the industry since 1985 and has seen countless major developments and transitions as the industry has evolved throughout the years. He started off early as a Sales Rep. then Collection Manager with Sears, and later sold credit reports for Equifax where he worked his way up to management. He then ran sales at a major call center, and eventually settled into a partnership with a sales and media outsourcing company, ELSOS. The once-pioneer newsletter is now well-known, as is the annual CCN Conference. CCN 2023 is scheduled for its 18th year this April in San Diego, CA.
